Field Safety Coordinator (current position)
Accountable for project safety management including planning and coordinating site and contractor crews. Direct daily
safety meetings, hazard communications, and safety trainings. Conduct accident investigations and mitigation. Develop
and implement recommendations focused on improving efficiencies and cost control in areas encompassing site permits,
risk assessments, lock out/tag outs. Analyze and diagnose client’s operational structure. Write procedures for elevated
work practices and Arial lift procedures. Assess financial operating parameters and schedule progress. Develop and
implement improved internal controls. Inspect facilities; troubleshoot; identify actual and potential problem areas, and
implement solutions to ensure maximum safety. Draw on resource networks in related industries, agencies and
professional organizations to assist the client in meeting professional needs. Effectively manage time and multiple tasks

Construction Superintendent (current position)
Responsible for construction budgets and financial results. Supervise team of up to 85 Midwest Towers employees.
Schedule and direct all construction crew functions including, but not limited to: man hours, HR, Logistics, schedule,
sub-contractor groups, quality assurance, estimates for work and inspections. Direct safe operation of boom trucks, man-
lifts, backhoes, and forklifts. Leadership role in pre-construction and safety meetings with multi-disciplined team and
executive level management.
Site Safety Officer
Managed high profile major construction site for Jim Bridger Power Plant. Complied with OSHA and ANSI oversight
teams (after an unrelated site worker fatality). Duties included, but not limited to: daily work permits, risk assessments;
lock out/tag out, critical lifts, elevated work. Conducted daily safety meetings, hazard communications and other safety
planning for 100 direct employees and 4 sub-contractors.
Construction Foreman
Reported directly to Construction Superintendent. Directed daily actions of crew as necessary to insure the project was
completed on time and on budget with the highest construction and safety standards.
Construction Repairman
Reported directly to Construction Foreman. Directed activities of portion of construction crew assigned to specific
portions of project. Specialties included, but not limited to: Mill-rite work, cement, crane, man-lift, industrial forklift,
backhoe, fiberglass construction, fiberglass molding, and carpentry/woodwork.
