to support all aspects of DHL's logistics solutions.Select is a
combination of DOM and WMS.
. RPOS Circuit City Richmond US: Jan 2009.
This project was for the replacement of Circuit City's RPOS system
with Sterling's Order Management system. This application performs
order management and fulfillment of orders in flowing from the POS
system.
. AT&T CRM/SDP: Jun 2008 - Dec 2009.
This project was for the replacement of the current AT& T CRM
application. This application performs order management and
fulfillment of DSL orders in 9 States in the USA. Sterling's
Distributed Order Management functionality was implemented for Order's
workflow functionality and Order's history information. All interfaces
with Order management were interacted with Gentran Integration Suite
(GIS). This tool manages all message transformation and message
translation. All fallouts and retries are managed by Order Management.

This web based application's orders are managed through Sterling's
Order Management Application. Performs orders data, payment
information and sourcing and returns.

Borders inventory was handled by a third party (Company RGIS). I was
responsible for modifying the existing system and maintenance of the
improved system. The old system was converted into a new application.
Implemented RETEK package to make use of its stock count interface. In
this project, my contribution was that of a lead SME (subject matter
expert) for design of the interface. I had well documented the flow of
the data from Borders Systems into RGIS systems. I mentored several
people on this project to take care of the issues that arose due to
the inventory fluctuations. RGIS process flow was well documented in
VISIO and also UML class diagrams. I interacted regularly with the
users to improve the existing system to meet current business needs
(played role as a BSA).
o Inventory Management. Jan 2001- Sep 2002.
My responsibility was to support the conversion of an old legacy
system to new web based application. This project included two main
pieces, Inventory Management and Manual Price Change. I was involved
from collecting the user requirements, writing designs of the changes
and converting these into sequence diagrams. Created several process
beans which retrieved the data from old legacy system and stored into
the data beans. Created several servlets and jsp's to interact with
the beans. Created all test scenarios and tested the system.
