Lowered 2010 annual premium renewal rate by 12% through plan

adjustments, broker and vendor changes.

. Assisted with creation and implementation of new 401k plan to unify

all locations to one plan with same eligibility requirements and plan

options (employer match).

. Helped eliminate company reliance on Temp employee services for

Production swing and hiring needs (cost reduction). Provided full

cycle recruitment (on boarding & off boarding). Created Job
