I quoted 400+ Energy Efficiency Audits and Proposals completing Utility
approved installations of Lighting, Controls and Demand Response/Load
Shedding products in Northern California and Nevada, closing 30% of
all audits in 2008-2009.
Largest project size was mid-six figures, creating annual energy savings of
$170K for end-user, 3x the competitions' estimated savings using similar
technology platforms.
Largest deals were with Anheuser Busch, Semifreddis, Ryder Trucks and
Federated Stores.
I established fruitful and on-going relationships with PG&E, SF Energy
Watch, SF Environment, SoCal Edison, Nevada Energy, Nor California PUD's,

Managed entire process of Tenants In Common to 1031 exchange and sale of
property in San Francisco, CA to acquiring 20+ acres of raw land in
the Martis Valley of Truckee, CA.
Secured three rounds of financing, managed construction, engineering,
zoning, permits and bank relationships developing a 20 acre parcel into an
integrated, energy efficient custom home.
Early adopter of LEED construction practices, twice achieving LEED Silver
to Gold requirements in home construction or Project Management roles.
Worked extensively with local engineers and Nevada County Building
Department to maximize usable space within zoning regulations, permitting
the first-ever, multi-unit, approved project in Nevada County Community
near Truckee, CA.
Responsible for the design, construction and implementation of entire
structure and its' internal systems: electrical, plumbing, frame/finish
carpentry, hydronic heating, water reclamation and storage, solar thermal

Managed sales and business development into local, regional and national

May 2004 - May 2007 - Halifax Development
Consulted with Developer group contracted to acquire land sites for The
Home Depot, Kohls, Charter Bank and Walgreens.
Successfully identified property sites for several locations in the Western
US leading to the acquisition of property and construction of stores within
shopping malls in California and Nevada.
Similar projects were completed in the Midwest, Colorado and Wyoming.
Largest deal size, $2.2 million dollar site and completed development of
store and adjoining shopping mall in Elko, Nevada for The Home Depot.

foundation aimed at school children and a separate adventure
company/brand combining Doug's exploration of the world's most extreme
locations.
Identified and promoted relationships with Electronic Arts and California-

Assisted Doug in implementing speaking tours at US schools to bring a
positive message to kids and teachers regarding the most remote and fragile
environments on the planet.
Built financial model, business plan and fund-raising plan and helped Doug

I founded Internet Software Company providing supply-chain e-commerce
application to mid-sized and small businesses.
I successfully hired CTO, CFO, President and six VP/Directors and a 40-
person US Sales team.
Led and trained entire company on in-house developed e-commerce
application.
Developed CRM/SFA sales processes that delivered best in industry customer
retention and lowest cost of acquisition rates in the face of Internet
customer acquisition models that eventually failed, albeit miserably.
SAAS developed products included EvoWare and Pulse, a wireless SFA
application delivered as an integrated solution for managing internal

Developed an electronic procurement system (ANSI12, wireless/CDMA/TDMA and
