i nterviews on April 4th. I have 13 years experience setting up vertical and horizontal

m ills some were 4th and 5th axis. I have 13 years setting up lathes and 1 year at

setting of VTL’s. I currently run Swiss Citizens L20's and L32's(5M7&6M7) with live

tooling. I am responsible for all tool changes and inspection of parts using a surfcom

2500D, Smart Scope, RonCom, comparator, and CMM. Have used micro height,sine

p lates,calipers,depth mics, id mics, indicators, and other various inspection equipment.

E xperience with SPC charts. I have done program edits using M and G Code

p rogramming and Cad Cam GD&T blueprints. I have 8 years experience in the

aerospace industry, 3 years in the medical industry and 2 years in the energy industry.

I have machined various types of metal, cobalt chrome, t i tanium. SS steel, tool steel,

a luminum cast iron, forgings, castings,and bar stock. I have 27 years experience in

manufacturing. Inspection plan documentation, routers, lean manufacturing, 5s, and

ASO & ISO. Machines operated Mazak, Mori Seiki, Hass, Hardinge, Okuma,

M akino,Johnsford, and Chiron. There is a gap of a lit tle over a year in my employment

h istory due to being laid off in March of 2009. I attended ROSS I M DT in Cincinnati,Oh

w here I graduated with a diploma in Medical Assisting, certified by the AAMA and

registered by the AMT, due to lack of experience finding i t very difficult to pursue a

career in this field .
