public ownership. Basically, this was a purchased turn-around and
integration assignment.
. Implemented Product Line Profit and Loss Statements (utilizing
standard and activity base costing) enabling management to ID and
reduce excess costs through available margin analysis.
. Work with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain management to
introduce costing and inventory protocol to include key performance
indicators, variance analysis, inventory reserve requirements, cycle
counting, shrink policies and work order cut off integrity to increase
inventory turns from 5.8 to 10 and enhance process improvements.

Implemented policies and procedures (translating from French accounting
standards to GAAP), developing a skeletal accounting structure to support
sales volumes of $3 Billion. Built and led a staff of 10 professionals and
completed post acquisition integration for a $2.5 Billion acquisition.

resulting in accurate information and minimum adjustments at mid-
