I joined the company as a Maintenance Manager, promoted to Director of
Operations, and promoted again to Plant Director. The plant I directed was
comprised of four production lines that ran two ten hour shifts, six to
seven days a week. During this role, I was responsible for 550 employees
and 22 direct reports. The scope of my responsibility included quality,
production, maintenance, warehouse, sanitation, scheduling, finance and
accounting. This included full responsibility of the P&L and 165M in
annual sales. In addition, I was a key player in making strategic long-
