systems. These systems included cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable
collections, implement and install credit policies for new/existing
suppliers. Extensive use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and

hand. I also provided written procedures in the use of these financial
worksheets for use of the client and staff after my departure.

Trigg Laboratories, Inc.
28650 Braxton Avenue
Valencia, CA 91355
Dates Employed: 02/2001-07/2001
President/CFO- (Interim):
The President/chief executive of a 200+ person manufacturing facility
generating $10 million in yearly revenues. This position was the
continuation of a consulting assignment with SLGG Consulting Group LLC. I
was hired by the owner Mr. Trygstad to ensure the implementation of the
policies and procedures that I developed. During the 6 months I was present
at Trigg Laboratories, (both as a consultant and interim President/CFO), I
turned the organization that was on the brink of bankruptcy back to
profitability. This was accomplished in a series of steps. The first, the
handling of the lack of controls on cash. I implemented a cash flow
forecasting system along with controls on the distribution of cash. I.e.,
how and when to pay vendors, product to purchase, and elimination of
product lines to boost positive cash flow. Second, I lowered the number of
product lines. Trigg Labs had multiple products of the same type, thus
inventory was about180+ days outstanding. By my departure, I lowered this
to 60+ days, with the value of that inventory lowering by 50+%. Third, I
installed a JIT, (Just in Time) production/inventory system. This was key
to the long-term survival of Trigg Labs. Instrumental in this strategy was
the cooperation of the suppliers, who were close to putting the company on
a cash only basis due to extended payments. This eased the strained
relationships Trigg Labs had with its key suppliers and ensured the
survival of the company. Finally, I installed a professional organization
structure, hiring a VP of Finance, and VP of Operations to carry on with
the procedures developed and installed to date. One of the final projects I
started, was the expansion of our markets into the Far East, with a
cooperative marketing effort with a large marketing company based in Hong
Kong. Also explored the possibility of manufacturing our product in
Thailand for consumption in the Far East markets. (Supervisor's Name:

the costs, the pay down of debt was key. I brought in another investor
