an approximate 35% market share based on store count as of September 30,
2010. At September 30, 2010, Rent-A-Center operated approximately 3,001
company-owned stores nationwide, and in Canada and Puerto Rico. RAC stores
generally offer high quality durable products such as major consumer
electronics, appliances, computers, and furniture and accessories under
flexible rental purchase agreements that typically allow the customer to
obtain ownership of the merchandise at the conclusion of an agreed-upon
rental period. These rental purchase agreements are designed to appeal to a
wide variety of customers by allowing them to obtain merchandise that they
might otherwise be unable to obtain due to insufficient cash resources or a
lack of access to credit. These agreements also cater to customers who only
have a temporary need, or who simply desire to rent rather than purchase
the merchandise. Rent-A-Center owns and operates more than 3,000 stores in
50 states. Rent-A-Center provides an easy, affordable way for people to

Role & Responsibilities:
. Customized and Configured Siebel eBusiness Applications using
Siebel Tools.
. Modifications of the Siebel standard components was done and
compared with the Siebel Vanilla.
. Involved in writing new business components, Business Objects and
making changes to the existing business components, Business
Objects.
. Created and modified Form applet and List Applet by removing fields
and modifying them as per the requirements
. Configured the Dynamic Drilldowns on the List applets so that the
user able to see the Detailed information about their products.
. Configured Toggle Objects.
. Configured Pick lists, Dynamic Pick Lists, Hierarchical pick list &
Multi Value Groups as per the user requirements
