Assistant Store Manager
Oversee all store operational functions including front end, vault, special orders, customer
concerns, store financials, vendor relations, deliveries, in-stock levels and merchandising
strategies, associate performance (evaluations, counselings and reviews)
Torrance Home Depot; Manage high-volume sales environment (80 million annually) in
tandem with Store Manager. Serve as Administrative/HR manager for staff of 350+
associates and 20 dept heads, staff and train new associates, oversee store financials
including P&L’s, account ledgers, net income, payroll and gross margin. Represent store in
unemployment hearings and in district operational meetings.
Laguna Hills Home Depot; Oversee multiple merchandising dept’s and develop strategies

Manage customer care for first year homeowners and included pre-escrow walks through
production at stages of framing, drywall, paint, flooring, close of escrow and at 1-5-11
month intervals to correct issues covered by home warranty. Serve as liaison between
owners and trades and HOA where applicable. Respond promptly to service requests and
educate owners in care and maintenance of property, operation of home fixtures and options.
