In March 2010, I started justopenthebook.com, an online Christian ministry dedicated to
helping others grow closer to God by opening and studying the Bible. We own the
ministry and have spent the last 6 months developing it. My work includes all web
design, content creation, HTML design, promotion and creating relationships with our
visitors. I create weekly newsletters; interact with visitors by supporting them through
prayer, email and telephone contact. Promotion activities include publishing PR
announcements, web advertising, writing articles for other online publications, frequent
submissions to Christian and church blogs, word of mouth, networking and distributing
literature at live events.

Responsible for developing and expanding relationships and revenue from high net worth
client base. Managed book of business with over $200 million in assets under
management. Primary duties included acquiring $15 million in new assets per quarter,
expanding penetration with existing clients through asset gathering and introduction of
managed investment portfolios, 98% client retention rate, expand relationship with new
clients and introduce them to suite of products to benefit full range of investment and
cash management and gather additional assets. Daily activities included proactive calls to
new clients and existing client base, discussing investment objectives, preparing
investment plans, responding to high net worth client inquiries and creating opportunities
to capture additional assets and revenue.

INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES
Ministry I am actively involved in writing for Christian publications,
attend 3 bible studies, and have run grassroots service projects to help needy
families from our home. We are members at Mountain Lake Church in
Cumming, GA.
High Tech Ministries – actively involved in weekly Grace at Work Bible
Study, actively participate in leadership and networking events. Selected as
one of 30 candidates to participate in Ambassador’s leadership program for
2009, declined due to upcoming birth of our fourth child.
Family I love to spend time with my family. We enjoy home schooling
and creating new adventures for our four children. We are part of the
Forsyth Christian Home educators (FCHE) home school network.
Giving – Beyond our regular tithes and giving, we sponsor 3 foreign
children through Compassion International. We also ran a clothes closet for
needy families from our home during winter 2008.
Health/Outdoors enjoying staying active, playing sports and eating
healthy. Our family enjoys hiking and exploring North Georgia.
