. Performed work in support of a personnel security program, such as

collecting, organizing and tracking of security related records or

information pertaining to employee and contractor investigations.

. Assist with the implementation of security procedures that pertain

to the personnel security program.

. Process a variety of transactions related to security program

activities, such as reviewing personal security forms for omissions

or inconsistencies, initiating and processing personnel background

Internal Security -

. Operate existing Bureau of Census Office of Security, Security

Service Center; provide services after appropriate approval by the

. Provide services such as access card programming and

fingerprinting.

. Provide entries into existing databases for access and information

verification of biographical and security data.

. Track the accountability of badges keys and other secured related

items.

. Maintain computerized record files and databases as required,

answering questions regarding the operation of the Security Service

Center.

. Answer phone calls referring them to the appropriate personnel.

. Assist Team Leader in various functions; providing relief coverage

to main Lobby and Gate receptionist.

. Greet and log in visitors and employees, call for escorts,

notifying necessary persons of any discrepancies.
