Pre-Shipment:

Preparation of Commercial Invoice & Packing List as

per dispatch report & Letter of Credit*.

Filing of ISF, ENS as per shipment.

Coordination with Despatch Department and ensuring

dispatches of goods.

Co-ordinating with CHA & forwarders (in case of FOB

Shipment).

Handling Logistics viz. container gate in, gate out,

tracking of container etc.

Preparation of Certificate of Origins viz. COO, GSP,

CEPA, APTA etc. as per requirement.

Monitoring of B/L Instructions.

Preparation of Pre-shipment record.

Post-Shipment:

Preparation of Post Shipment Documentation as per

CAD/Advance/TT.
