the 6,000 plus member athletic club including all

coordination and creation of in-house special events, menu

development and daily staff management. Responsible for all

purchasing and budgeting activities. Worked as lead liaison

to upper management in the consultation of corporate wide

food service recommendations.

Regional Chef - U.S.- Central Region

Responsible for all culinary operations for the Central

Region retail locations including menu and recipe

development, vendor selection, special event planning and

retail multi-concept design. Developed and performed

training, safety and sanitation seminars. Worked with the

corporate office in the analysis and maintenance of cost

and budgeting controls.
