Midtown Athletic Club-Bannockburn

Developed and managed all culinary and wine operations for

the 6,000 plus member athletic club including all

coordination and creation of in-house special events, menu

development and daily staff management. Responsible for all

purchasing and budgeting activities. Worked as lead liaison

to upper management in the consultation of corporate wide

food service recommendations.

Regional Chef - U.S.- Central Region

Responsible for all culinary operations for the Central

Region retail locations including menu and recipe
