informing customers of expiration of licenses. Generate reports for both clients and in house

personnel on the current status of licenses for our clients. Monitor any compliance issues that

may stem from State Banking Departments. Notify various department and our Sales Directors

and Clients when there are pending changes in licensing. Monitor all DeMinus Loans done by
