Web Application to cater to the needs of consumers seeking information on

New Homes, existing Homes and Rental Properties. An application to

aggregate required data from multiple sources. It basically enhances and

utilizes the existing Realtor Data Aggregation System. The application is

being developed for the future Data Aggregation needs of Homestore. It uses

Connotate as one of its tools to scrap the data and provide it as a feed to

Move.com.

Responsibilities:

. Review the Requirements for their Clarity, Conciseness, Completeness

and

Testability, and work with business team for clarifications.

. Reviewed Business requirements, IT Design documents and prepared Test

Plans for all assigned project releases.

. Involved on testing the new functionalities based on test cases and

coordinated with development team in fixing the issues.

. After successful release of projects, developed automation scripts

using QTP and integrated the script with master script.

Systematic Routing Guide

Once a Shipment Plan is finalized by optimizing then a transportation mode

is assigned and sent to next stage for execution. At this point it is ready

for assignment to a carrier for transportation. Systematic Routing Guide

(SRG) is one of the methods of carrier assignment. SRG uses various

algorithms to determine the best carrier based on capacity and customer

rating of the carrier. SRG involves several backend modules which implement

the rules of determining the carrier and also a JSP client to maintain the

SRG data.

Responsibilities:

Reviewed requirements for testability and usability, consulted development

staff with regards to system functionality, Developed and updated Test

plans, Test Matrixes, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases for all

company products.

Conducted system functionality testing: developed and executed test cases,

produced problem reports, suggestions, system test logs, and test incidents

reports

. Reviewed Requirements and Specifications provided, as well as existing

Shipment Planning Module

Transplace provides third party logistics services to its various clients.

The clients send in shipment order information which involves shipping from

point A to point B.

Shipment Planning is a system where shipment Orders are optimized to assign

a designated mode of transportation. Optimizing involves breaking orders

into multiple shipment plans to fulfill a trucks capacity or grouping

smaller orders into a shipment plan to fill a truck.

Shipment Plan has a Swing client, where user has ability to maintain a

shipment plan.

Responsibilities:

. Interact with the Business team, Development team and other vendors to

understand the

Business Requirements, System Requirements etc.

. Design the test scripts covering the requirements, negative testing

and regression testing,

and get approvals from the concerned groups.

. Analyzed the Business Requirements, Classification of users and

corresponding user requirements.

. Involved in writing detailed Test Cases.

. Modified and Debugged the Scripts.

. Involved in Regression, Functional, integration and system testing.
