Relevant Experience
2007-2009 Hanover R.S. Limited Partnership. Hired as Maintenance Assistant of The Ridge
at Blue
Hills Luxury Apartment Community, then promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for repairs
and
maintenance of 186 luxury rental units including re-keying and making ready new rentals, service
requests,
snow and solid waste removal,pool and clubhouse maintenance and emergency on call availability. Also
responsible for coordination and supervision of grounds and cleaning personnel and all subcontractors
used.
After one year of employment, was transitioned to same position at the Lenox Farms Luxury Apartment
Community, a 338 Unit project which was still being constructed at the time. In this phase, also
responsible
for construction oversight.
1997-2006 The Walpole Mall. Hired as a Maintenance worker, after four years was promoted to
Maintenance Manager. Managed a staff of two workers. Developed and implemented several preventative
maintenance programs including those related to storm drains, floor drains and sewer lines. Developed and
implemented quarterly tenant fire inspection program. Developed and maintained relationships with
contractors and vendors. Responsible for mall related issues in tenant space. Maintained all common areas of
mall indoors and out. Responded to alarms. Responsible for repairs, painting, plastering. On call availability
seven days per week.

Prior to 1997 Many jobs in the construction trade including roofing, siding, blown in insulation,
frame and finish carpentry, residential remodeling, retail remodeling and boat building.
Certifications Universal Technician, Refrigerant Recovery Certification Program.
Certified Pool/Spa Operator, National Swimming Pool Foundation.
