My responsibilities included but were not limited to: customer service, deli work and

food preparation, stocking shelves, keeping store clean, filling the walk-in refrigerator

and freezer, and set up and cleaning of the food service station.

I was the only case worker assigned to the Disabled Voucher program, which was

instituted to help house the mentally, psychologically, and physically challenged.

housing inspections, creating and maintaining all files and paperwork on clients, rental

calculation and educating new clients about the program at monthly symposiums. I also

handled client and tenant complaints, and worked with Social Security in order to help

clients maintain eligibility in the program.
