IFC. Lead designer for the project as I advised both business and technical team members

Development to confirm project priorities, team resources and timelines.

• Responsible for the design and development of the ACC2 Reporting Data Mart for America

Online, Inc. This required the analysis of the reporting needs of business analysts to

construct the logical multidimensional Star Schema to track the effectiveness and

performance levels of collections activities of AOL and its collections vendors. Identified

requirements for factless, as well as aggregate tables utilizing Erwin 4.1 as the modeling tool.

Performed source-to-target analysis which was utilized by ETL developers and

documentation analysts. In addition, provided assistance to OLTP project teams.

Data Analyst/Modeler 08/2004 – 02/2005

Client: SRA contract for the DOD

• Assumed responsibility for the database design and maintenance of the Central Issue

Facilities data model, which is part of the Information Systems Management automation

project for the U.S. Army. Duties included: 1) Analysis of system process change requests

and submission of scope document for confirmation of request interpretation including

proposed solution, 2) Data model modification utilizing Oracle Designer (6i) and

generation of DDL to implement model solution, 3) Submission of recommendations for

application development, 4) Detailed documentation of model changes, 5) Coordination of

model change implementation with DBA (logical modeling and physical design

implementation, and 6) Developed PL/SQL procedures for data cleansing/migration and

performed code review for the migration team.

• Contributions to the project include: 1) Evaluated cleansing rules developed to convert data

from legacy systems to the modernized database schema. Identified issues of

standardization of data for quality assurance and discrepancies between cleansing rules and

migration code. 2) Assisted with data model change requests for the TRANSPROC model

when needed, 3) Researched issues regarding Oracle tools for the database administration

team.

• These efforts allowed the Central Issue Facilities project progress with greater clarity and

ahead of schedule. Project manager and team lead have expressed confidence in these

efforts and acknowledge the clarity of focus that has resulted. In addition, documentation

submitted to the user community has prompted significant feedback in resolving issues of

standardization across facilities. Efforts employed on this project have served as a Model for

the TRANSPROC migration effort.

• Performed as Lead Technical consultant: Database design utilizing Oracle Designer;

application programming utilizing Oracle forms and Pl/Sql to develop stored procedures and

triggers. Created logical and physical data models for projects serving private businesses

Contract Legislation Review (CLR) system. Developed Oracle Forms applications for the
