Training and Development
• Developed numerous Operating and Maintenance Procedures for equipment and systems. HVAC preventative
maintenance procedure, procedures for performing preventative and corrective maintenance procedures on the
cellular network system, procedures showing methods used, tools needed, and safety precautions on equipment
associated with the network system.
• Personally responsible for training technicians in the use of test equipment, maintenance procedures, and
general administrative tasks.
• Served as liaison between contractors and upper management during several large scale network reconfiguration
events. Developed acceptance templates for job completions and assisted in performance testing of new
network elements.
