of (4) area managers and up to 300 associates responsible for order
fulfillment for E-commerce, elite client service business, and
athletes. Shipping a combined total of 600,000 units per month.
. Participated in (2) lean concept workshops that helped identify (78)
quick fix opportunities with little or no capital expenditure.
Workshops achieved the following (3) items: reduction of $3.5 million
in labor costs, streamlining of operational flow increasing production

Dayton, NJ Primary duties focused on managing (8) supervisors with
responsibility for 500 associates. Accountable for an inventory base
of more than 425,000 ISBNs, equaling more than 8 million units of
inventory.
. Oversee all operational functions of a 350,000 square foot facility
encompassing (2) operating shifts. Coordinate and direct activity of
connected departments to maintain maximum workflow in shipping 20,000
packages per day, with a (1) day shipping record of 54,000 packages.
