Provided customer service at front counter by giving out departmental information. Assisted with

completion of paper work and reviewed for accuracy. Stuffed envelopes with paperwork to be

sent out to patients, billed medical facilities for supplies used, and made appointments for

patients. Contacted and obtained required medical codes from appropriate facilities for billing

purposes. Answered phones, transferred calls, took messages, and filed folders and paperwork.

Put patient charts together for the doctor, pulled patient charts for the doctor when needed,

posted payments, made copies, faxed and made sure patients needs were taken care of.

Target Store, Riverside, CA 9/2004-10/2008

Guest Service

Made sure guest service was opened or closed properly, answered guest calls, and transferred

calls to different departments within the store. Performed cashiering duties, resolved problems

for guest, handled money, operated cash register, and properly displayed company weekly

newspaper advertisements. Pushed out merchandise unto the sales floor, sorted/stocked

merchandise, supervised others, trained new employees, and helped boost sales for the store.

Dealt with guest complaints and handled credit card payment transactions, returns, and

exchanges. Made sure the cash registers were stocked with coins and cash, and there were

enough bags stocked. Ensured the guest had pleasant shopping experiences.
