change order proposals, and all correspondence with the owner, architects and subcontractors.

Mathews Construction Co.; Provided estimates and bid packages on too many packages to list. The

main projects that I provided estimates for and were built were; Costco – Brandon, Clearwater, Charlotte,

N.C., Houston, TX, Chamberlain High School remodel Tampa.

Johnson Cutler LLC./G.H. Johnson Construction Co.; Estimator: Provided estimates and bid

packages on 46 projects totaling $242 million. Project Manager: Turkey Creek Middle School $11 million,

Valrico Elementary School I $7.9 million. Assisted the project managers on Westchase Elementary $8.4

million, Dixie Hollins High School addition and remodel $21 million

Corporate Development Corporation; Project Manager Design Build, Sears Homelife $1.4 million,

Residential: Allstate Homes; Provided estimates for 238 homes constructed, purchased all of the

materials and negotiated with the subcontractors for the work they were to do. I processed all of the

invoices and pay applications, supervised the in house designer and consulting engineers. Allstate had

homes priced from $85,000 to $480,000.

ITI Construction LLC.; Provided estimates, schedules, contracts, and reviewed all pay applications for

Marina Bay, $150 million dollar housing and condominium project in St. Petersburg.
