Armour Eckrich was a former division of ConAgra Foods and is a leading Meat processing Industry with plants all over the

U.S. This project marks the first implementation of IS CWM in U.S and second in the world. My role in this project would be to

understand the new solution and requirements and work as a part of implementation team and support the processes.

Responsibilities & Tasks Performed:

• As a part of new implementation at AE LLC (part of ConAgra Foods), rolled out new implementation to support their

business with Catch Weight Management (2.0)

• SAP with CWM is the newest Industry Solution which would work for any product that varies in weight.

• Worked on various aspects of the system ranging from production planning for MTO & MTS scenarios, procurement,

inventory and accounting.

• Worked on setting up custom routings and operations based on the dynamic production operations environment

according to the planning strategy

• Set up Master data for custom material types this involved some custom fields in basic data for broad categorization

of material, Accounting view and Costing were customized with some catch weight specific consideration for

4.6C Upgrade to ECC 6.0 and would be involved in Production support after the system go live.

Responsibilities & Tasks Performed:

• Studied requirements for the new ERP environment, involved in the analysis of system to determine detailed system

enhancement along with some new functionalities

• Involved in running the entire process cycle which was adopted from the client’s Business Process Catalogue for MM

(procure to pay) and SD (Stock Transport Order, Billing)

• Configured BOM settings to be used in Routings, also involved in Make to Stock planning scenario.

• Utilized Workflow as a part of standard release strategy to ensure the approver’s levels and setting up the basic

• Prepared step by step implementation process and configuration procedures for business processes

• Configured and Verified master data, prepared prototype for business user for SAP PR, RFQ/Quotation, vendor
