OBJECTIVE

Currently I am looking for full time employment in energy services. I am a

mechanical repairman with 20 years in utility operations; I am very

dedicated employee towards accepting responsibility and achieving my tasks

safely and economically. I have a practical working knowledge of complex

water, steam, electrical, and mechanical apparatus.

Energy and Utilities

Operation of site utilities department meeting plants water,

electrical, steam, and cooling demands, also solving problems as they

arise and resolving the issues with proper maintenance.

Generation of site water, electrical and steam supply in a safe and

efficient manner with-in state guidelines via Honeywell/Allen Bradley

DCS systems, also start-up and operation of all auxiliary plant

equipment, pumps, fans, motors. Generation of work orders in a

preventive maintenance system using SAP and CMMS, use of PC and

automated tools to work with cross-functional teams across Maintenance

and Operations. Direction of on-the-job training for operator

trainees/apprentices and new control operators. Develop, maintain and

update plant operating procedures and guidelines. Coordinate

priorities to insure critical maintenance work is accomplished;

Maximize generation and maintain efficient operation of all plant

processes associated with power plant. I also assembled cost reduction

plans to upper management and worked on future generation capabilities

moving towards the certification for green energy generation. Training

in CSD-1, TRANE Tracer Summit trained, Green HVAC-/R course,

experienced in operating cranes, MIG, acetylene and arc welding,

Ability to work from PID's and blueprints and knowledgeable in SOP's

and general start-up procedures in the utility industry.
