develop knowledge, skills and abilities that are relevant in a wide variety
of different human resources development settings and roles. Served as a
volunteer Family Readiness Group Leader (FRG) supported the battery
commander. Provided overall leadership for the FRG, and recruited and
trained volunteers. Acted as the FRG spokesperson, communicating family
members' concerns and ideas to the unit commander, and if needed to the
battalion level. Served in the role as a battalion representative to
