Builder of finishing equipment such as industrial washers, industrial
ovens, conveyor systems, powder coating systems, ecoat systems, wet spray
systems, autophoretic systems and more. Finishing Machine has kept up with
the latest trends in all aspects, such as new burners, piping, composite
material, etc. Install powder systems and manufacture both new and
remanufactured used systems. Buy and sell used equipment, and re-fabricate,
reconfigure, ship and install.
Senior Team Supervisor
Advanced rapidly from a installation team member to become the owner's
right hand senior team supervisor overseeing up to 20 team members that
perform installations of paint line equipment for clients such as Baldor
Motors, JLG Equipment, Stanley Tools, Nordic Track and more. Work
collaboratively along with all project team members to accomplish projects
on time and within budget. Over the years, have disassembled and assembled
over 200 different paint line systems. Help to liquidate businesses as well
disassembling systems and reselling them to customers nationwide.
Transitioned Finishing Machine operations to five different locations
during tenure.
. Disassembled system for Dana Corporation saving Dana thousands of dollars
in labor costs and time.
. Installed an extensive paint line for MTD Aircap in Tupelo, Mississippi
which increased the efficiency of operations and improved production,
thus increasing revenues for this assembler of lawn mowers.
. Removed a large paint system for Stanley Tools. Elevated the baking oven
removed from warehouse to make room for more inventory.
. Disassembled out one of the largest e-coat systems in the country for
InnerCity Products in Lewisburg, Tennessee.
