Executive team member for Orthopedic Device Distributorship with 150 plus

employees and sales consultants working in 9 satellite locations in Texas

and Louisiana. Responsible for the development, implementation and

management of all human resources functions within the organization

including employment law, employee relations, performance management,

compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, training and

development. Partner strategically with organization leaders to optimize

human capital, streamline processes and promote organizational

Achievements

. Designed and implemented a comprehensive On-boarding program for

Administrators, Sales Representatives and Staff which decreased the

turnover rate of new employees leaving within their first year of

employment from 43% in 2007 and 2008 to 7% in 2009 and 2010.

. Implemented Corporate Compliance Program to respond to Zimmer's five

year Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Federal Government.

Successful comprehensive audit -2009.

. Developed and trained managers on new compensation and employee

performance evaluation system. Company savings - $200,000 the first

. Responsible for the successful merger and integration of the South

Texas territory (May 2007), which included locations in Houston,
