TRAIN & EXPERIENCE

I attended the Institute of Journalism in Casablanca as a part of my

Baccalaureate degree. During the summer vacation of 2008, the institute

arranged for me to work as a trainee Journalist for the '' LA MAP'' News

Agency, my role was to follow and observe reporters as they gather news

information. Likewise, during the summer vacation of 2007, I gained

experience working for the "AL MOSTAKIL" newspaper. During my two-month

stay I wrote several articles, which were published in the Newspaper.

In 2010 I had a very interesting training in CITIBANK Casablanca and I

learned so many things that were really useful.

SKILLS

Computer skills, good knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint)

I believe my work experience with the media organisations (Al Mostakil, La

Map) helped me to improve two important skills:

1. Social skills: I have more confidence meeting and interviewing people

1. Working to deadlines: The Al Mostakil Newspaper in particular required

stories to be submitted or produced on a daily basis.

INTERESTS

I enjoy foreign cultures and travelling. During 2006 I stayed in London for

the summer.

During my stay I studied English at the "Speak-Easy" school in London for

two months.

This helped my conversational skills and my understanding of British

culture.

I am also fascinated by more "exotic" languages and in particular those

from the Indian continent such as, Telugu, Tamil and to some extent I can

converse in Hindi.
