Provide guidance and advice to
Development Executives and Vice Presidents of Construction on project set
up and the many facets of Military Privatization. This includes working
with municipalities, the government, the government's consultants,
engineers, designers, utilities, contractors and Forest City corporate
headquarters. Involved in critiquing the day to day operation at the
project sites primarily with new construction, renovation (including
historical) and redevelopment to include safety, quality management, value
engineering, budgeting, scheduling, payment applications, negotiation and
selection and contracting of the workforce. I was also instrumental in the
