Development Executives and Vice Presidents of Construction on project set

up and the many facets of Military Privatization. This includes working

with municipalities, the government, the government's consultants,

engineers, designers, utilities, contractors and Forest City corporate

headquarters. Involved in critiquing the day to day operation at the

project sites primarily with new construction, renovation (including

historical) and redevelopment to include safety, quality management, value

engineering, budgeting, scheduling, payment applications, negotiation and

selection and contracting of the workforce. I was also instrumental in the

due diligence, site evaluation and preparation of proposals. Project

construction scope was approximately 2.5 Billion Dollars

homebuilders. Projects included systems design and implementation,

development of reporting systems used to increase productivity and

profitability, product value engineering and process improvement.

I oversaw daily homebuilding operations. During my tenure, annual sales

I managed the home building and land development activity for Richmond
