PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2001 - 2010 Account Executive, Riviera Finance
Roseville, CA
A/R Financing and full A/R management firm. Managed my own portfolio of
30+ clients totaling $2-3M in receivables at any given time. Conducted
daily communication with clients and debtors (phone, email and face-to-
face). Responded to client and debtor inquiries in a timely fashion and
with superior customer service. Received invoices daily from clients.
Responsible for entering invoices and contacting debtors to confirm receipt
of products/services. Performed collections on all due invoices by calling
debtors and obtaining payment commitments. Recorded detailed notes of all
conversations held, while multi-tasking and maintaining conversation with
the debtor. Applied cash received to outstanding invoices. Reconciled
credit balances and performed daily audits of agings. I have been
recognized by management for my outstanding customer service on numerous
occasions. Also provided direct administrative support to senior
management. Managed multiple tasks, maintained calendars, and scheduled
meetings on a regular basis. The company closed their office in Roseville
and I did not choose to relocate my family.
2000 - 2001 Teller, Bank of America
Sacramento, CA
Responsible for all banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals,
cashier's checks, transferring funds, credit card cash advances and
commercial deposits (QBD). Balanced cash drawers and the vault. Serviced
ATM machines. Quickly learned a new software program for the bank,
outperforming even the bank manager on accuracy and speed. Received the
Outstanding Customer Service Award. Since tellers are part-time positions
only, I left to pursue a full-time job.
1999 - 2000 Teller, Wells Fargo Bank
Redondo Beach, CA
This was my first entry into the banking industry. I went through extensive
training at Wells Fargo and performed so well that they allowed me to be a
teller while I was still in high school, even though I was only 17.
Responsible for all banking transactions as listed above. Had to leave
because my parents moved to Sacramento.
1999 Summer Administrative Assistant, Discus Dental
Culver City, CA
This was a summer job where I was able to use my computer and interpersonal
skills. Responsible for organizing and tracking expense reports, travel
authorizations and invoices. Created, designed and formatted Excel
