Russia/Ukrain/Kazakthan in Release 12(R12). Key activities in the role:
• Analyzed requirements and designed solution for localization in R12.
• Prepared and reviewed functional design documents.
• Prepared and reviewed functional test scripts.
12/08 to 02/09: Functional Trainer for Release 12 “Financials Best Practices
Implementation” Training for clients in Thailand and Australia. Modules
covered in the training were EBS R12 Financials Architecture, General Ledger,
Subledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and EBtax. Key
activities in the role:
• Conducted “Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials Best Practices Implementation”
training to educate and make Oracle Partners aware of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
R12 Financials best practices in customer implementations or upgrades.
03/08 to 11/08: Functional Lead for “Global Financial System” Implementation for Cap
Gemini, India. Modules covered in the implementation were Project Costing

in Cyprus. Key activities in the role:
• Strategized the currency conversion plan and switch to the new currency.
• Executed pre-requisite set-ups before running the technical scripts for currency
conversion like clearing of interface tables for GL/ AR/ AP/ CE/ INV/ FA/ PO/ OM/PA,
setting up MRC set of books and transfer of opening balances, etc.
• Prepared test scripts with checks for all currency related fields in the financial modules,
executed standard reports for all modules for comparison of balances before and after
the currency switch. Transactional and system testing post currency conversion and
resolution of issues faced by the clients.

Coega Development Corporation, South Africa. Modules covered in the

02/06 to 07/06: Functional Lead for “EMEA & Japanese Localizations” project in Release 12 for
Oracle Consulting, Japan & EMEA. Modules involved in the development were GL, AP, AR, FA and CE.
Key activities in the role:
• Analyzed requirements and designed solution for localization of R12 release.
• Prepared and reviewed functional design documents.
• Prepared and reviewed functional test scripts.
08/05 to 01/06: Functional Consultant for “Oracle Release 12” project for Oracle Development, India.
Key activities in the role:
• Reviewed the solution design documents for various country-specific standard reports in
R12 and provided information to technical consultants for preparing technical design
documents and for code development for the reports.
• Understood the new features that had been introduced in the areas of EB Tax (new
module introduced to consolidate AP & AR tax functionalities), SLA (Sub Ledger
Accounting), LA (Ledger Architecture) & iPayment (Oracle Payments) & applying the
same for development of country-specific standard reports.
02/05 to 07/05: Functional Consultant for “Currency Conversion” projects for clients in
Romania & Turkey. Key activities in the role:
• Strategized the currency conversion plan and switch to the new currency
