Allstate Insurance and Financial – September 2010 – Present Licensed Sales Producer

Transferred to larger Allstate office and am responsible for customer acquisition, business development, and sales of Property

and Casualty products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Motorcycle, Boat, and Mobile Home Insurance. Have

monthly sales goals to achieve. Also perform service work for clients with current Allstate policies, and help direct them

with claims.

Obtained license and binding authority from the state of Texas, and was responsible for sales of Property and Casualty products

Studio One to One Photography - 2006 -2010 Studio Manager

Managed up to 10 employees including two assistant managers, and was responsible for hiring and terminating. Had to achieve

monthly sales and customer acquisition goals and was in charge of payroll, budgeting, billing and collections. Responsible

for training of new and current employees in the areas of photographing, editing, sales and customer service skills. Was

head photographer and sales associate. Also worked closely with clients to ensure maximum customer retention and

satisfaction.

Studio One to One Photography – May – August 2006 Assistant Studio Manager

Was asked to temporarily transfer to a company studio in another state for re-training of current employees and assisting the

manager in hiring and training of new employees. Was responsible for increasing the quality of portraits taken and

increased studio sales average and number and quality of appointments booked.

Photographed a variety of family portraits, was responsible for customer acquisition, scheduling appointments and editing and

Worked with classes of children from newborn – 5 th grade at First United Methodist Church during the summer. Taught lessons
