maintain appropriate manning levels within the fleet while simultaneously maintaining all applicable U.S. laws

associated with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees. Screened and Interviewed candidates for entry level

to executive level positions. Responsible for the manning levels of the fleet. Study current recruitment & market

trends, and make recommendations to improve the quality and retention of shipboard crew members with the ultimate

objective of creating NCL as a preferred employer of choice within the cruising and hospitality industry. Researched

and worked with outside legal counsel to resolve all EEOC Claims.

Forecasting the staffing needs for Hawaii-based operations of over 3,000 positions.

Developed and wrote shore-side and shipboard job descriptions

Reduced recruitment budget from 26 million dollars in 2006 to 1.5 million in 2009 by streamlining the recruitment

and training process for all new hires. This decrease in budget lead to the Hawaii-based ship as the 3 rd most

profitable ship in a fleet of 12.
