Madisonville Health Occupations School, Madisonville, KY, 1989-1990.

Received a degree in Radiologic Technologist.

EXPERIENCE;

Logik, Inc., 2008-2009. Project Coordinator. Responsibilities

included general clerical duties, answering phones, running errands,

assisting customers with accessories-ordering, invoicing, tracking

for their project, using Quickbooks Program for invoicing/billing

customers, solving any customer complaints/problems with their

orders, and house cleaning.

X-Ray Temps, 2000-2002. Radiologic Technologist. Responsibilities

included obtaining x-rays on patients and assisting the Radiologist

with procedures when needed.

Southern Hills Medical Center, 1998-2000. Radiologic

Technologist/Special Procedures Technologist. Responsibilities

included obtaining x-rays on patients and assisting the

Radiologist with special procedures such as Myelography Angiography

and Arteriography .

tests, administering medications and assisting the doctor with
