HR Manager
As a business partner, manage employee relations and day-to-day HR
activities for approximately 650 employees (primarily exempt). Provide
coaching and counseling, information on legal issues, policy/guideline
management and interpretation, HR program roll-outs, performance
management, immigration, compensation and benefit program administration,
and participation in employee investigations; work through VOE issues to
resolve problems; consult on change and team development issues. Create

HR Generalist Associate
Provided HR Generalist support to internal HR Generalist team. Interacted

logs, support materials and other statistical data to support the HR
Generalist team, HR programs and company programs. Under general direction

Compensation Analyst
Provided support in the area of salary administration and incentive
programs for the organization. Responsible for the data input and
maintenance of multiple compensation-related databases, administration of
