HR Manager

As a business partner, manage employee relations and day-to-day HR

activities for approximately 650 employees (primarily exempt). Provide

coaching and counseling, information on legal issues, policy/guideline

management and interpretation, HR program roll-outs, performance

and participation in employee investigations; work through VOE issues to

Created and delivered sessions on compensation and performance management.

HR Generalist Associate

Provided HR Generalist support to internal HR Generalist team. Interacted

with all HR departments. Created, implemented and maintained reports,

logs, support materials and other statistical data to support the HR

Generalist team, HR programs and company programs. Under general direction

from an HR Manager, provided consult to field management on HR policies and

Compensation Analyst

Provided support in the area of salary administration and incentive
