KYOWA AMERICA CORPORATION TIJUNA FACILITY as an Advisor.

There are two facilities in TIJUANA.

One is producing and delivering of the plastic cabinets for SONY (currently

FOXCONN).

This facility is operating since 1988.

The other one is producing and delivering of the plastic automotive part

for TOYOYA.

This facility is operating since 2004.

2005 APRIL to 2009 OCTOBER

KYOWA AMERICA CORPORATION

MEXICO MEXICLAI MANUFACTURING FACILITY as a Director.

This facility was producing and delivering of the plastic cabinet of color

TV and LCD TV for SONY Mexicali plant.

KYOWA Mexicali was opened in the year 1998. Since then, this facility has

not made any profit.

However, under my management, I could make US $1.76 million dollar profit

during 4 years and 2 month.

However, because of SONY Mexicali operation has closed year 2009, KYOWA

Mexicali facility closed in June 2009.

KYOWA Mexicali facility was opened to support SONY Mexicali operation.

The business (sales amount) ratio for SONY was more than 95% at that time.

2004 JANUARY to 2005 MARCH

KYOWA AMERICA CORPORATION

PENNSYLVANIA MANUFACTURING FACITY as a Vice president.

This facility was producing and delivering of the plastic cabinet of Rear

Projection TV for SONY Pennsylvania plant. Currently, this facility is

producing and delivering Auto motive part for TOYOTA.

2001 SEPTEMBER to 2003 DECEMBER

SONY CORPORATION JAPAN as General Manager of Quality assurance department.

I worked for mainly "SONY GREEN PARTNER" program.

1998 JANUARY to 2001 AUGUST

SONY Shanghai TV manufacturing facility in China, as a Director.

I was in charge of Purchasing, Sourcing, Warehouse, and Logistic operation.

1987 JUNE to 1997 DECEMBER

SONY ESTE DE TIJUANA in Mexico, as a Manager, Director and Vice president.

I was one of start up member of this facility.

I was in charge of Engineering information (Bill of Material) control

function, Purchasing function, Material control function, Production

scheduling function, Warehouse function, Logistic function and Production

function.

1986 JULY to 1987 MAY

SONY CORPORATION JAPAN

I was one of the members of "SONY TIJUANA PROJECT (above)" for new TV

manufacturing operation development.

1980 APRIL to 1986 JUNE

SONY AMERICA (SAN DIEGO TV MANUFACTURING FACILITY)

I was one of the members to develop SONY SAN DIEGO own "MRP" system and

implementation.

My responsible area was BILL OF MATERIAL and interface with material

control operation.

1967 APRIL to 1980 MARCH

SONY CORPORATION JAPAN

I was one of the electrical design members of SONY Chromatron color TV and

Trinitron color TV development.

After completion of the development, I was a Supervisor of color TV

production line.

I was one of the members for development of SONY group own "MRP" system.

I was representing from TV business division for development of SONY Bill

of Material area.

I introduced this system into TV business division and educated this system

for other TV manufacturing facilities in Japan.
