Maintenance Instructions (SMI's) for the Intercom, Aural
Warning, Fire Detect, Electrical Light & Power, Instrument &
Controls, Test Warning, Grounding, and Flare Stack Systems.
Write the TPS's for the PM's and co-ordinate them so that they
are completed in a timely manner. Was part of the team that
installed the new Intercom System in the A/B Complex. Worked
close with the technicians to insure that the system was
installed and worked properly. Also updated the SMI
instructions and data sheets to include the new system. Part of
the A3 Activation team responsible for including the A3 Test
Stand in the SMI's and working with other members of the team
writing procedures for start-up/activation and maintenance of
the test stand.

Part of the Transition Team working with Rocketdyne Technicians
for a
little more than a year learning all phases of engine testing.
Responsible for the
wiring of SDAS cabinets for the A2 and B1 Test Stands. Wired
SDAS cabinets
and related patch panels for the B1 T/S. Worked with engineers
on set ups of
amps and high speed DAS racks and troubleshooting of
measurements crucial
to the Low Cost and Fast Trac programs. Part of the test crew
performing various
tasks during the testing of these engines.
Assigned to assist in the fabrication of some PLC cabinets and
distribution panels for E-1. Performed check-out of dual amps
and signal conditioning amps to be put on line the test of
engine components.
Worked with engineer and was responsible for the installation
for the communication system that is still in place for E2
Part of the X-33 project at A1 Test Stand. Assigned to the
controls team working closely with our engineers as well as
Boeing Engineers on all facility related work crucial to the
success of the X-33 Project. Assisted with both LOX and LH2
cold shock and fuel transfer. Assisted with troubleshooting of
software problems to insure that future testing would be
successful.
Worked preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for
the A/B test stands, docks, flare stacks, and bottle & PRA
areas. As part of the Electrical Support Group,
responsibilities included the proper functioning of all Test
Warning, Oral Warning, Fire Detect, Electrical Light & power,
and Instrument & Controls Systems. Tasked with making sure that
all PM's were completed each month and was responsible with
completing the monthly matrix log. Assisted engineers with the
re-writing of the SMI's and data sheets associated with the
PM's.
