Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources for 210 employees, business administration, and overall operations for
this $40 million retail store. Earned recognition for providing leadership direction and motivation to the entire store team that
resulted in consistent achievement of goals related to profitability, employee development, HR policy compliance, cost
control, business performance, and operating efficiency. The following highlights my specific achievements and strengths by

Achievements:
• Initially hired as Executive Team Leader in Knoxville and was quickly promoted to the Store Manager position
overseeing all aspects of operations for the $40 million Chattanooga location with 210 employees.
• Recognized twice with annual "Top Performer" awards as the #1 Store Manager out of 61 stores and 250 managers.
• Achieved recognition from Regional Vice President as "Top Performer" of the quarter for overall performance of 400
stores in the region.

Human Resources:
• Recruit, hire and retain highly qualified employees/managers and facilitate teamwork among all 210 employees to
cultivate relationships with each department and ensure attainment of goals.
• Conduct employee/manager performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching to improve job performance,
prepare employees for promotions, and encourage the development of skills in critical areas.
• Recognize and acknowledge employees who comply with safety protocols and establish them as examples for all team
