QUALIFICATIONS:

I have * years in customer service and 1 year in an office

environment. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

with every type of customer. I am experienced in controlling escalated

customer issues and can develop effective solutions to resolve those

issues while maintaining great customer rapport and customer

satisfaction. I have sufficient computer skills and can type at least

60 words per minute. I excel learning new systems and services much

quicker than others. I am also bi-lingual in both English and Spanish.

I believe that great customer service is key to a successful

reputation not only as an individual, but for any business which is

why I would be a great addition.

Responsible for being the first contact for meeting and greeting

customers as they enter store and direct to appropriate sales

consultants. Assist with service related functions in a wireless phone

industry.

I performed customer service activities including selling, suggesting

additional related merchandise, maintaining merchandise stocks and

department appearance to ensure the assigned staffing area. Helped

achieve maximum sales and profits and encourages customers to want to

return in the future.
