system. Reduced implementation costs by 35%.

9/06-1/07 ZURICH FINANCIAL CORP., Schaumburg, IL - Led a cross-

functional team in the consolidation of Underwriting operations.

Utilized tools to create "AS-IS" models, gathered and applied work

data, performed complex process simulations, created and finalized "TO-

BE" models with Business Unit leaders, developed and refined process

10/05 - 6/06 HOSPIRA (ABBOT LABS),- in a four month project completed

Process Mapping of current activities using Visio, converted ITIL

written documentation into Visio Process Maps. Performed Gap Analysis

of current ITIL standards to existing Hospira IT methodology,

identified Process Improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma

methodology. Prepared project plans for adoption of ITIL model and

Process Improvements.
