preformed GAP analysis (process and data) of an Accounts Payable

system. Reduced implementation costs by 35%.

9/06-1/07 ZURICH FINANCIAL CORP., Schaumburg, IL - Led a cross-

functional team in the consolidation of Underwriting operations.

Utilized tools to create "AS-IS" models, gathered and applied work

data, performed complex process simulations, created and finalized "TO-

BE" models with Business Unit leaders, developed and refined process

improvements, and led Business Partners in the creation and

6/07-8/07 Astellas Pharma .- Led a cross-functional teams in re-

engineering of Drug Development process. Used Casewise Process Modeler

to define 200 lower level processes during a 2 month period. Reduced

Product Development Process cycle time 25%.

10/05 - 6/06 HOSPIRA (ABBOT LABS),- in a four month project completed

Process Mapping of current activities using Visio, converted ITIL

written documentation into Visio Process Maps. Performed Gap Analysis

of current ITIL standards to existing Hospira IT methodology,

identified Process Improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma

methodology. Prepared project plans for adoption of ITIL model and

Process Improvements.

8/05-7/06 DELUXE VIDEO/FILMS Inc. - Completed Process Mapping of all

SOX related work streams using MS Visio. Led Process Improvement and

SOX remediation of non-compliant processes and roles utilizing Lean

engineering mapping, analysis and redesign of a Global computer-based
