Duties: I answered inbound calls in regards to borrower’s mortgages. Took payment’s over the phone,

handled escrow questions, updated contact information if needed, documented every phone call into our

computer system. Basically handled anything the borrower had questions about in regards to their

mortgage.

Customer Service Representative/Marketing Representative

I performed various job functions: Worked closely with my supervisor to get escalated issues resolved,

answered inbound calls pertaining to our member‘s healthcare questions/concerns, handled walk-ins,

assisted new training classes that came into the call center, used several different types of Microsoft

programs.

I was responsible for being the head caregiver over the 2 & 3 year olds at the daycare. My duties were to

make lesson plans for the week that would enhance the children’s day to day activities, helped with potty
