I am the Site Safety Manager for the construction of a $303 lithium-
ion battery factory for the Chevy Volt and Ford Focus. Roncelli is
the General Contactor of construction operations for the project with
peak manpower being approximately 200. I am the only safety
representative on site with the duty of providing assistance to
employees and management on compliance of Federal, State, local, and
site regulations.

Empire Generating Project - Rensselaer, NY
I was a Safety Supervisor for the construction of an $800 million
635MW gas fired power station with 600 on site workers. We are the
construction management team representing Empire Generating for all
facets of the project. It is one of the first projects to be accepted
into New York State's voluntary Brownfield Cleanup Program, which is
an environmental remediation and redeployment program of a BASF site
that assures this property will make an economic contribution to the
community. My duties are similar to past CH2M HILL projects.

gas fired power station for Origin Energy. We were the Prime
Contractor over construction with 720 on site workers. My duties are

I was the Site Safety Manager for the construction management team for
the Can Reclamation Expansion project for Alcoa Inc. Improvements
include a new crusher and delacquering furnace and supporting building
enclosures, utilities and environmental systems. I was responsible
for managing the safety of all contractors/crafts working in the
plant. Performed risk audits on the job site and conducted some of
the necessary training of personnel. Initiated and maintained
relationships with clients and investigated job site accidents,
injuries, and near misses. I also oversaw the management of job
injuries.

I managed safety and health for all United Anco and Basic Industries
construction sites and turn arounds at refineries, chemical plants and
power plants in Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa and Illinois.
My Duties include developing and issuing policies covering health,
safety, and environmental topics and managed injuries along with
providing professional guidance to all staff managers. Administered
all training to site and office management, including OSHA 30 hour,
American Red Cross CPR, 1st aid and AED training for all onsite
managers. Review and investigate all incident reports and assure
that the necessary corrective actions have been applied without delay.
The majority of my time was spent on jobsites developing
relationships with clients. After the first full year with United
Anco, their recordable incident rate went from a 2.36 to 1.12 with
over two million man-hours, no lost time injuries, and their EMR has
never exceeded .70. With Basic Industries, their recordable rate never
exceeded a 1.00 with over 4 million man hours. I was involved in
acquiring OSHA's VPP Star status for two jobsites.
