I have managed projects in size from small commercial to multi- million
dollar Industrial. I have experience in a variety of construction including
Hospitals, Institution, automotive, commercial, high rise hotels, data
centers. These projects include Industrial Plants that include Waste Water
facility, Steam / Boiler / Chilled Water / Compressed Air Utility Plants.
My experience includes both plan and specification bid work and design
build projects. The largest individual project was 22 million. The largest
project that I coordinated was 450 million with MEP subcontracts valued at
over 100 million.

I was employed as a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Coordinator. This
position was for a specific project located in Indianapolis, Indiana. I
worked as part of the Hunt Construction Management team. My position was
to oversee the installation of the MEP systems for a 34 story Marriott
Complex. I was assigned to Finch Constructors and worked as part of the
Hunt Construction Group Management Team.
Mechanical Project 12/2007 - 02/2009 Louisville,
Manager PPMI Construction Company KY
Employed as a Project Manager on the Honda plant in Greensburg Indiana.
The project consists of underground utilities, overhead plumbing and
piping. I was responsible for ordering materials, handling submittals,
submitting billings, profitability, manpower, scheduling, attending
meetings coordinating the installation of the mechanical systems. As part
of this project included installation of the Phosphate E-coat system,
Industrial Waste System and underground utilities.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for all phases of the construction
process including preparing estimates, submittal process, budgeting,
submitting schedule of values, coordinating installation, assigning labor,
customer relations, profit, close out and warranty. I managed mechanical,
HVAC including ductwork and plumbing systems. I am familiar coordination
drawings, design build projects and plan and spec projects. I was also
responsible for buyout of all materials and equipment. It was my
responsibility to coordinate all fabrication including detailing. I also
attended meeting with the Owner, Engineers and other Contractors. This was
the second time I worked for Stewart Mechanical I previously worked for
SME for 13 years. Due to unfortunate circumstances SME had to close their
doors in 2007. Because of this I left their employment otherwise I would
still be there today.

My career with Stewart Mechanical began as a Foreman working on a Brown and
Root subcontract in Pensacola Florida. I was employed to hire local
pipefitters and perform the installation of a mist system. Once this
project was completed I was offered a position in their office and trained
by the owners as a Project Manager. Stewart Mechanical had a philosophy
that all PM's should be trained in all phases including estimating and
material take off. Stewart Mechanical budgeted all their projects making
the Project Manager responsible for the success of the project. As a
Project Manager at Stewart we pre-fabricated as much as possible. We also
performed and fabricated our own ductwork. My experience at Stewart
Mechanical was great. I left Stewart for financial reasons. I later went
back to Stewart.
