processes, portfolio structure and performance, product design, compliance,
fraud detection facilities, staffing issues, market assessment and
otherwise, its overall role in the bank's new strategy.

Lending Department Head
Managed Consumer Loan Operations, Servicing and Collections for a major
Long Island, New York financial institution. Comprehensive accomplishments
include automated collections installation, upgraded consumer front end,
product enhancements, outsourcing solutions, considerable product
development and direct marketing initiatives. Converted from custom to
FICO. Applied all of the above referenced core competencies. Resolved
Collections performance issues - improved work rules, automated queue
assignments and forecasting standards. Improved Consumer Lending processes
- installed advanced automated front end, enhanced portfolio management
tools, improved production controls and strong underwriting standards,
using current predictive technology. Installed expanded ERM reporting that

student loans with goal of expanding offerings into more traditional

. Designed and marketed an integral loan hybrid intended to fill the
increasing gap between cost of education and availability of

Established and built Consumer Lending Department. Activities included
strategic planning, product development, documentation, training and
overall plan management. Developed menu of products responsive to market
demographics resulting in highly profitable production with yields at 6.25
points above cost of funds and below plan delinquency experience.
. Directed automated front end installation with remote laser document
preparation system, achieving seamless prompt, consistent loan
originations throughout this 50 branch banking system. This was
established to incorporate emerging Internet access technology.

delinquency/loss expectations.
