EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

. AS SAP business analyst and consultant I have implementation

experience in SD functionalities.

. I've been involved in 2 large SAP projects and 5 full lifecycles

implemented in two well-known international companies.

. I participated in all phases, starting from proposal preparation to

the closing stage. My responsibilities were to analyze Business

processes and map them with the SAP functionalities, to design the

solutions meeting local legal, statutory, tax requirements, to

describe and to validate Business processes, to perform Fit-Gap

analysis, to plan implementation of processes and system changes

including Communication Change Management, to co-ordinate end-to-end

process integration tests to ensure that localization of the templates

meets market business requirements, End-User Trainings and all related

functions. Post Go-live Support and new developments.

. As an overview presentation of my career, I entered SAP field with

Supply Chain Department with Nestle Food LLC. I joined the GLOBE

project at Nestle as a Business Analyst with deep knowledge of

business processes and being aware of customer's specific in Europe.

In GLOBE project I was responsible for the Order to Cash business

processes. During Globe implementation on European market I had

obtained the wide overview of different SD processes combined with the

best world practices.

. In internal project at German company Knauf my role was SAP SD

consultant. I contributed to the project with the skills and

knowledge, gained on GLOBE. During my work for Knauf I participated in

SAP implementation in 4 regional affiliated companies. Taking into

account specific business requirements my main responsibilities were

to demonstrate to market process owners and users the advantages of

SAP introduction, leading to new ways of working. That project gave me

huge experience in different approaches to business processes and in

collaborative interaction with the partners at all levels of business

hierarchy.

. During years on consulting and analytical positions I worked out my

successful personal style to analysis and solutions of different

problems.

. This style comprises strong achievement focus, analytical skills,

training and communication skills, accuracy, ability to learn, ability

to work in the changing environment and under pressure, ability to

work both in a team and independently.

PROFESSIONAL GOAL

After a long period of work in SAP projects for Nestle and Knauf I would

like to expand my experience of project implementation in other companies

and countries, knowledge of various approaches to business processes and

its localizations. Also I would like to expand beyond SD processing and

obtain experience in related areas.
