human resources activities. I attended the Modesto safe housing program through local police department to
create a crime free housing unit. Knowledge of maintaining account records for rent. Supervised and signed
off on work from outside vendors. Performed a periodic check and servicing of water system, Gas pipes,
Electricity/Telephone/Broadband lines, drainage system etc. Maintained the apartment accounts precise, up
to date and error free, Planned and implemented periodic financial tasks in an organized manner; such as
collection of monthly rents/wages/recoveries etc. Took initiative perform games and other celebration
activities, to maintain the premises environment healthy and peaceful. I visited the property management
office on a regular basis to check updates in the apartment policies and to report any events. Attended Court
for evictions and worked with landlord evictions for appearances’. Wrote up three day notices to evict and
perform, with other notices
