1997- 2004

Reconciled and posted monthly Payroll for 2 Henkel Companies on BPCS

general ledger systems. Reconciled all Payroll liability accounts and

2 bank reconciliations. Analyzed and prepared quarterly reporting of

estimated year end balances for all Payroll accounts for Corporate Tax

department. Assisted with the administration of complex issues

regarding the 16 Expatriate employees, included preparation of balance

sheets and cola reconciliations. Reviewed and authorized payment of

payroll processing costs.

Assisted Payroll Process Team responsible for converting entire Henkel

U.S. locations from Ceridian / ADP Payroll Processing to Pro Business.

The conversion of over 4,500 employees to one payroll system which

Converted Dexter payrolls from Monthly and Weekly processing to

Biweekly reducing payroll processing costs.

Participated in Payroll integration of Dexter (1,000 employees) into

the Henkel Payroll.

Reconciled all Payroll liability accounts. Processed and posted
