Proposal Preparations, Servicing most Commercial Lines insurance, Providing with a clients

with General Knowledge about Coverage and the Claims Process (Commercial Lines)

• Set up new claims, maintenance of cash reserves. Correspondence, expense and loss

payments, cash recoveries, loss runs, archiving and creating and maintaining counsel logs.

Handled Commercial D&O, Non Profit, EPL, DPL, MPL & E&O program claims.

• Oversaw management of multidivisional filing system. Including setting up file systems &

maintenance, computerized label creation, archiving, storage and retrieval of policy forms and
