A nonprofit hunger relief organization that distributes donated, purchased and prepared food through a
network of 1,184 feeding programs in 13 North Texas counties.
Director of Human Resources, 2007 to Present
Hired to increase the capacity of the Human Resources department through the implementation of best
practices that aligned with the mission and goals of NTFB.
Established compensation study deliverables to ensure that NTFB could continue to respond to the
new realities of the organization, address inequities and disparities in similar functions performed in
organization. Implemented merit and bonus plan that incorporated incentives that matched
accountability and results. Differentiating between top performers from low performers.
Implemented “competency based” recruiting initiatives, in order to ensure our identification process
